Poor bidvest bank service

I withdrawn money on the from Skrill to Bidvest bank, the money was processed, but when am supposed to get my funds from Bidvest they tell me that they don't accept funds from Skrill whereas they kept my money, why do you keep the money which doesn't belong to you? I so regret a day was opening a bank account with bidvest, poor service. Not helpful.

Why did you ask for my contact number knowing exactly that your not going to call me or make any follow-up regarding my case? Why are you taking me for granted like this? Everytime when I call customer care they tell me the funds have been send back next day funds haven't been received since 24 September till today you haven't received my funds? Kindly stop playing games with me I want my funds back now am demanding them
