People, stay away from Bidvest Bank.

If I could rate them a Zero I would. Bidvest Bank’s service in general is very, very bad! If anyone can avoid doing business with Bidvest Bank, please do. They do not return phone calls, no reply on e-mails, waiting and begging for anything to get done, also not pro-active at all. We are doing business in various African countries and with EVERY(!) payment that we need to receive in our account is a problem! People, please avoid Bidvest Bank at any cost, the staff members are also completely unmotivated to help any client. The only answer you get is – sorry Sir/Madam, but we need to “wait”, WAIT FOR WHAT??? And they can’t give you a proper answer or explanation. Very *********** Bank!!!
