pathetic customer service

I am very unhappy with bidvest bank at this point. When I first started with bidvest bank they were so professional, they responded to my queries quickly and helped me sort out whatever issues I had. I barely had an issue with them... now, approximately 6 months later I am having no luck with their support. They refuse to help me with the smallest thing that i am struggling with. Their grow account has an integration with easy equities that supposedly should do everything easy equities can do but in the last 2 month frequently i am finding that the app is not going into easy equties or i cant see my information. LAtest issue is the fact that i can download my statements. I suppose the links are broken or something and they dont follow through to anything. I sent an email to them more than a week ago to which they responded asking for a screen shot. i sent it along with an explanation of the experience i am having after than i received no response. I followed up with an email and still no response, you can see it has been read but not responded to, eventually i sent another email asking them if they wanted to help me at all and got a sarcastic email back telling me to wait 24 hours and now it has been 120 hours and not 24 and i still haven't gotten a response but still cant pull my statements. I have decided to pull all my funds out of the accounts due to this pathetic customer service and bank somewhere else
