I have been dealing with different banking institutions in this country but ever since I stumbled across BIDVEST BANK I am overwhelmed by the level of user friendliness of their services (mostly their banking App including their customer support agents)

This review is to acknowledge and report the outstanding customer support service received by two of their consultants by the names of Ms. NONKULULEKO MHOLONGO and AMEERA CARELSE. For the first time ever in the history of customer care service especially in the banking sector where you are an UNKNOWN customer, to be treated with this level of personalized attention is simply jaw dropping. These two consultant went the extra mile to respond to every single E-mail queries I was sending their ways and most importantly following up with phone calls to make sure everything was running fine my side. It's a personal touch that make me write this review and I will personally recommend BIDVEST BANK to all my clients, friends and family.
