Opening bank account taking more than a month!

Shiftly FX submitted my application to open a call account on 11 August 2023, and as of today, the account has not been opened. The TOC case reference number is CAS-858397-P7F3Y7.

I am losing thousands of rands due to this account taking so long. I was previously with Mercantile Bank, they took about 4 days maximum.

Please attend to this case urgenty!
