No payment for bidvest clients from gepf

I will most definitely change banks!!!! ever since I started using this bank I experienced problems. It took this bank full 5months to help me change debit orders. Now cherry on the cake, I app**** for two pot on the 14th of September to date this bank can not be validated!!! All bidvest clients we can't have access to our monies because of this bank. I called gepf times without number the moment I say am using bidvest they tel me there is problems with bidvest bank yhuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!
