Terrible bank. Every transaction I make I am charged a Card Rejected Fee of R 17.00 when the transaction is complete. Getting bank statements from them is a joke you have to phone them and then wait and pray they are correct. I have had 2 payments of total 1599 go off my account and when I requested to return the payment was told to fill in a ***** form what a joke. Bidvest should stick to other businesses not banking Leave That To SBSA ABSA FNB Capitec. You are years behind them. Banking with you has cost me mountains of money I will never see. ****** do that. Where have you heard that with todays technology you have to fill in a form scan and fax it. Highly disappointed in the place. I have to 1 star to publish yet you deserve 0. Even when I explained the reason for closing the account your comsultant did not even try to salvage the situation. I put more the R 200 000 into this account. What a loss for you
