I would like to find out how long does it take to have a consultant assist in opening a bank account? I have emailed without any response. I called in but I was told I should send an email with my details a consultant will respond. However now it's been the whole day without anyone responding or acknowledging the email I sent.

I emailed *** and other consultant by Ntombenhle , *** but there was no response.

I'm really disappointed. Anyone please assist me.
