NEVER EVER USE BIDVEST - MONEY IS FROZEN

I put spending money on a travel wallet and used the travel wallet at a hotel as a deposit<br> The hotel released the money and BIDVEST has kept it for a MONTH!!!<br> They have frozen - themselves all the money and will not release is even though the hotel released it OVER a MoNTH AGO!<br> an incorrect transaction has also gone though and it is also not being refunded by BIDVEST - i am disgusted and horrifed and complaining to the Omubsman!<br> NEVER EVER WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW USE YOUR FOREIGN EXCHANGE SERVICES!!!<br> GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
