NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS

I went in to Bidvest in Rose bank to try and send some money home. After being helped by a lady called Nonhlanhla- she told me she needed a recent proof of residence. I went out and when I came back- I had to be assisted by Pam who at first did not seem to know what she was doing. She then asked for documents that the first lady had already taken. Looking at my papers as if they were ******* she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She told me something about a declaration and how my papers were not in order. Really???? I have been sitting there for over 30 mins and you tell me this after wards?<br> <br> Not helpful at all. Not friendly at all. I have had better service at Bidvest.<br> <br>
