Negligence and poor customer service
Like seriously???? Why do customers have to come frustrated to your social to do something about their queries? You will think, one will get better service since its online now, but noooo, its even more sloppier... Did raise an issue with my card not yet delivered since applying on April 06th with you fellows. 1st you could not find my application when provided with THE application reference numb. Which is unheard of. Then lie about trying to reach me when no email nor phone calls nor sms was ever sent. Anyways, decided to re-apply since April 25th to this day no delivered card, my DMs are ignored. What manner of customer service is this again????
