MORE MANDATE WOES

Mandate issues AGAIN! There seems to be a lot of it about. I'm trying to withdraw my international earnings from Wise, but my Mandate failed. Suddenly, I'm talking to AZA Finance - or trying to. They don't answer their phone and I get an email autoresponder saying they're busy when I mail. Plus, I don't even know who AZA finance is. So, I cancelled and reinitiated the payment from Wise. These are my earnings from October, and it's nearly the end of November. If there's another "failed mandate" I don't know what I'll do. It was never this difficult when I filled in mandates from FNB for PayPal. So, I'm broke and I've wasted over an hour of my time trying to work out if AZA is legit, deciding it isn't, cancelling the transaction, restarting it, and I STILL don't know if I'll ever see my money.
