MISSING Payouts from 31st Dec = R64 000!!!!

I too have had the worst experience trying to communicate with Bidvest about 2 MISSING (not late but missing!) amounts totaled to R64 000 due to be paid to me from Airbnb on the 31st Dec. Airbnb has said they have paid Bidvest on the 31st Dec and Bidvest says Airbnb have not authorised the transactions. Airbnb at least gets back to me and attempts to sort it out. I have been back and forth with one useless agent from bidvest via email which has gone no where. I have asked numerous times for someone to call me from Bidvest due to the phone number NEVER being answered. I have signed my mandate and received payouts after that so where is the missing money?? Reading all these bad reviews and complaints about late payments I am leaning towards Bidvest being the problem. It would be wonderful if a superior could help me out please!! *** please call me!!!
