Missing Funds

PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS BANK!! I took out a world currency card with them and I wasn't able to cash it out when I landed. When I went to the branch in Sandton I was notified that it was written off as an unclaimed amount. I then filled in their form and provided them with all the necessary documents only to be told that I cashed out at Eastgate WHEN I'VE NEVER BEEN TO BIDVEST BANK IN EASTGATE and my passport was with me the whole time? I'm still trying to recover my funds but please if you want peace rather choose any of the big four banks NOT BIDVEST!!!
