Mandates Team - No Contact

I received a SARB mandate form from Bidvest Bank-Mandates Department on 21 Nov 2025. The mandate was signed and per the email funds would be paid in 48 hours. T0 date, the funds have not been paid to me and depsite countless attempts to contact their mandates team on *** and email there has been no resolve. The phone gets answered and then dropped by the agents. I have tried for over 3 hours and same outcome. Absolute nightmare!
