Mandate Error!!!!! HORRID SERVICE!!!! UNRESOLVED!!!

Mandate Error!! I have been with Payoneer and been completing Bidvest mandates for the past 3 years with no problem and now all of a sudden my Names do not correspond on my bank statements with what they have which is utter *******!!! Nothing has ever changed from my side and never had a problem No one gets back to you and its impossible to get hold of them. I finally got a generic reply and they told me the same story about corresponding names don't match. They don't even know that there is a glitch on their system after all the complaints!?!?! I have never been more disgusted with service like this. I am a type 1 diabetic and need my money urgently!!!! This better be sorted out or I am going legal and will take this to the full extent of the law!!!
