Mandate completion error

I received a payment notification from wise,then a few hours I was sent an email that I need to complete a mandate.I accessed the link and proceeded to try and complete it,when I try to proceed,the website gives me an error.I try re-opening the same mandate link multiple times but it gives me an error.Bear in mind I have sent multiple emails and have not received any assistance.And the funds are usually given a 7 day period with wise.Our international CEOs and financial managers do not initiate second payments when things like this happen.Instead they lose trust and could potentially fire us.My rent is due and I have not even paid it yet.Now we are being re-directed to AZA financial team. No guys this is not on.Seriously.
