Left stranded in USA

<p>I am on visit in USA. I bought forex online to be loaded on my world currency card.</p> <p>I had an almost 2 hour telephone conversation in the middle of the night with a consultant and at the end of the conversation she was still not able to send a reset password to my e-mail in stead of an SMS to my phone. After several e-mails I eventually received the password.</p> <p> I had to wait 4 days and again had to send several e-mails to receive confirmation that the money was available on my card.</p> <p>Understandably I do not trust Bidvest by this time. As I attempted to look at my balance on the cellphone app, the app had a login issue and would not accept my e-mail address. I was locked out of my account. I have sent 4 e-mails asking <span style="font-size: 14px;">Bidvest to reset my account and send me a confirmation e-mail. I am unable to make more telephone calls at this stage. - NO REPLY! </span></p> <p>I am stranded in USA without access to my money for more than a week already! </p>
