IS BIDVEST BANK FAILING?

I have been phoning and emailing my Relationship Manager, Joshua Smith, and his Team Leader, Siphosethu Tetiwe for nearly a month. I have not received any response to my emails, nor have any of my calls been returned. I am now seriously worried that there is some kind of failure at this Bank and I need to withdraw my funds and close my account urgently. I called the general switchboard number this afternoon and the lady spoke to Siphosethu Tetiwe who promised to call me back, but an hour later I am still waiting for her call.
