Incorrect Information/being unhelpful

I wanted to exchange some foreign currency to Rand's and requested a EFT to my Bank account, the consultant **** when i asked her if they are able to do it she said no only if i have a Bidvest Bank Account which i don't. I then contacted Musgrave Centre Branch which was much more helpful and they said it can be done.Please tell your staff to be more helpful, I know Efts take 48 hours to reflect in account and they bank charges are R75 but that is my own expenses.Please also train/retrain your staff it seems like they *********** as the other consultant didn't know if they buy Qatar Riyals.
