Inappropriate deceit

Greetings

Kindly note despite having ticked box for myself that is sender to be responsible for charges. The receiver had paid charges as Bidvest despite sender to pay as attached the box is ticked. One has to pay the charges now again.

Please verify have we paid charges as receiver has not received any charges being paid by myself nor Bidvest.
