Impossible to open an account
Offers a great interest rates but makes it impossible to open an account.
I have been trying to open a fix deposit since Dec 2023. Its Feb 2024 and I am still trying. I am hoping this review will help me get some assistance from the company.
I had previously sent and email to Bidvest bank customer service asking for assistance to open an account because the website/ any of their online interfaces has glitches and are not user friendly AT ALL. And guess what? they sent me a website link to the same glitchy site. So not the sharpest tools in the shed.
Why do you guys make it so difficult for people? Should the ease of access for existing and future clients not be a priority?
