If you want to get ********** this is the perfect bank to go to
<p>My son was going to Israel to play in the Maccabi games and thought instead of getting him travelors checks I would get him a bidvest card as if he used all the money I could easly put more in. After paying all the fees and commisions 1500 sheckles cost me R6231 while the spot price at the time was about R5400. significantly less but with a bad spread and commisions that was what they charged. He phoned me today which is a day before he comes back fro, Israel and asked if I could put another 100 shekles in the card. I went to the bank and what should have cost R363 cost me R579 with commisions and fees close on 60 percent more than the spot price. I will never use them again and hopefully will save some people from being **********.</p>
Also forgot to mention that they charge 20 shekles per withdrawl in Israel so if we say 100 sheckles today cost me 579 so 20 sheckels is 115 to do a withdrawl.

The problem is not with the branch. The staff where helpfull and very nice. My problem is with your rates, commisions, admin fees and withdrawl fees so that it can cost you the equivalant of 2 sheckles just to buy 1 at the spot price after all the costs.

I have not heard from them still and if anybody is considering using them I strongly advice looking at other options that are cheaper
