I think, I could have still been assisted and told to update my details the next time I come through

Okay, so I have nothing against FICA regulations and all but I have an issue, with refusing to be assisted when there was no prior communication about one required to update their details. I have had lots of dealings with Bidvest in the past, they have me on their profile. 2018 Almost every month I was transacting with them and no one every told me that in 2019, I would be required to produce proof of address. It's not like one walks around with their proof of address everywhere when you know you don't need it.

I am very disappointed that I dedicated, my lunch to go get some urgent needed funds that were sent to me to assist me in an urgent matter for my daughter, I mean it's not millions or even thousands but it was or needed and it's not like I own my company, so time lunch time is limited.

Nonetheless, the consultant bluntly told me she can't assist me cos my FICA what what was last updated in 2017. How was I supposed to know that I need to update it, if I never got any notification.

Now, it was gas wasted as well as my time. That's just wrong.
