I have all the time to send a bad review about this bank Circus everyday until someone sensible talks to me!

I regret opening an account with this epiphany of incompetence bank! They are ******* Bidvest has ****** me off my savings I have had to spend 3 nights out in the blistering cold here in New York thanks to this band of clown *******.

So firstly they will not release my security deposit refunded by my previous hotel for some odd reason? Even after the hotel manager sent them a letter confirming they released the funds! Bidvest please explain why you will not release My funds that POD hotel in Brooklyn, New York has returned back into my freaking bank account almost 10 days ago.

And secondly, this is the biggest F****up of a bank these guys claim I withdrew some funds from my account which I never. They even went as far as taking the money away from my account when my brother deposited it for me. So apparently a 1-month-old account held an overdraft of over 3000 rand where have you seen this before? I was meant to use the money my brother deposited into my account to secure accommodation as I am stranded overseas. This is sue to thanks to the delay on releasing of my security deposit. So these ******* blatantly just stole my money. The embarrassing thing about it is that the withdrawal they claim happened is over my daily limit? ***??? How the hell did this mess happen? I never withdrew those round of funds from Manhattan avenue in Brooklyn NYC you know it Bidvest because the withdrawal you so claim happened was over my God damn daily limit! Wake the hell up! This is crazy! Your bank should be closed I swear! It's the worst bank ever. Your staff is ridiculous it's like a game of who can't understand English the worst when trying to communicate with them. I don't know maybe its a whole thing with banks there but Bidvest is the worst Jesus help me. Bidvest the band of ******* good luck if you dumb enough to open a bank account here don't complain when they rob you off your money. These people are ******* they take your money and accuse you of things you never did whilst it's clear that it's an error on their side!
