I am so disappointed.

If there was a lower rating, I’d give no stars.

I received my salary via Payoneer. I withdrew and then I got sent a mandate form. Which I was under the impression was an annual form as I had done it in January.

I filled it in, with details (which I know are correct) I then get told it’s incorrect and I must ask the sender to cancel the transaction and try again. But Payoneer explained, you (Bidvest) have to reject the payment. I got refunded last night to my account and I withdrew again. I am waiting for a mandate social withdraw my funds. I am now late to pay my debit orders, board and so on which is unacceptable as that is NOT how I do things. I need urgent assistance.
