Huge delays in collecting forex

The service and time wasting by the cashiers at Bidvest bank at O.R Thambo airport is quite pathetic! Why does it take them 30 to 40 minutes to give you forex every time? Every time I collect forex from bidvest bank (and I've collected forex on numerous occasions already), it's the most painstaking experience ever!!! My forex is always preordered so surely they should be more efficient! This is an airport and people don't have time to waste. Sort your processes out bidvest! Surely you can get this done quicker! Worst experience ever!
