Giving me the run around

Roughly 2weeks ago i was told telephonically by the Somerset West & Tygervalley branch to bring in only proof of address & to sign power of attorney. Went to St George's branch during lunch & got turned away, was told i need ID. Went to Tygervalley branch after work, took almost an hour. Proof of address I provided wasn't valid - no landlord signature (agency rental). Had to look for an alternative. Then Brendan said my ID not needed and not sure why CPT requested it and all CPT customers comes to them and tries to go the extra mile for their customers . Which i felt was not done, broken communication from all 3 branches. Not competent, 1 branch requests this when the other doesn't require it. He said we're done, i left. Yesterday i phoned Tygervalley for a moneygram, won't Brenda tell me sorry can't help you. Bring in ID, bank card & documents need to be signed. Are you kidding me?!!!!
