GIVE US OUR MONEY!!!!!

I am at a loss of words that I cannot even comprehend how a Bank as big as Bidvest lacks structure. My husbands funds matured end of September and they were meant to be paid out on the 30th September however there was no funds transferred. We gave them 3 days thinking it would come in but nothing. So he decided to go to the branch and was told story that didn't make sense but then he signed off the figure he wants and was advised his funds would be in his account by the 11th October, the audacity of sending R295.00 had me shook, what happened to all all three zeros? He called and was told stories again so the Monday he decided to go to the same branch again at OR Tambo, again he was told that they have surpassed something on the system and he'll be getting his funds on Friday the 18th, egg on our faces again as nothing came in. He even went to the head office of Bidvest in Sandton, it is the 5th of November and our money, is goodness knows where, this is unacceptable, honestly . It is their nonsensical make shift stories , their lack of answers,. Whywe aren't getting our money? Everytime is at a stand still, my husbands wants to take out all his money but a lousy 295 has taken more then a month and counting to come out. WE WANT OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
