***** not investigated by Old Mutual Bank

I was banking with Old Mutual Bank and ***** was committed on my account and went to the bank to report I was told to rather make a new card and pay for the card instead of the matter being investigated and I said thank you I’d rather move my money somewhere instead of continuing my business with them.I then said what guarantees do I have that ***** won’t be committed on the new card and no answer.I am highly disappointed with the way they conducted this matter.Never ever again !!!
