EXTRMENLY RUDE POEPLE

My account was stopped 24th /03/2023 when called was told it was in connection to capitec. However Capitec send an email . that upon they request that my account should be closed.. Hellen Hlongwane responded that without a court order such cannot be done. I send through all response communication from capitec and for the tenth day now.. when I called in .. I could hear hellen clearly shouting that she’s busy and doesn’t want to be bothered by me… the case is with Sunelle Van Jaarsleid . I was then put through to her she didn’t respond .. the lady called her and told her a Phumzile Tshabalala wants to ask you for a way forward as clearly capitec upon Hellens email cannot assist .. Both ladies are very RUDE… I DON’T KNOW IF IT’S THE CULTURE AT BIDVEST. It’s a month now I’m trying to get my account resolved and receiving no joy.. My salary is still stuck.
