DO NOT BANK WITH BIDVEST BANK!!

I live abroad and my father is entitled by POA to create beneficiaries and pay all my (our) accounts. I have spent many hours on the phone from Azerbaijan, where I live and work, on Friday (Boitumelo), Monday and today (Princess stepped out every time I phoned back and then I had to extend the very expensive phone calls!!). But with no success. My father even attended at the Eastgate Branch in person where the staff were completely incapable or willing to assist. It is completely unacceptable that my frail father has to run around for access. Today my father went to a computer specialist to ensure that he is doing everything correctly but still no success!!!! For the size of my bank balance, I feel sorry for account holders with small amounts. It would appear that Bidvest is completely incapable of providing the services that they advertise.
