Do not bank with Bidvest Bank

Bidvest bank should not be in the business of banking. The most basic customer services are a pain with them. I have 2 ********** transactions on my account amounting to +- R2000. They have made me jump through hoops for a whole month because their processes are as backwards as a landline on the move. And right when you think they will help they throw another spanner into the works. They are *********** and customer service is not of value to them. They can never provide feedback and then you have 10 odd consultants all giving you a different version of the story. Bidvest is the worst bank ever and honestly should not be in this business.
