Dishonest bank

Terrible treatment from Bidvest Bank. After over a decade of banking with them, they arbitrarily closed my business account and have refused to provide an explanation (in breach of FSCA Conduct Standard). This was their response to my complaints about their inept administration process for international payments. Stay away from this bank if you want service and to be treated with respect.

Oh and Bidvest, please don't respond with your cookie cutter 'apology' response...its embarrassing for you and just shows your disinterest in customers.
