DISGUSTING
Most pathetic service and attitude and highly disgusting.
I called to reverse numerous debit orders they give me a whole run around about sorting it out with the vendor/s. THIS IS MY MONEY THIS WENT OF MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD ISSUES WITH PRIOR BANKS LIKE THIS.
I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT AND YOU GUYS NEED TO SHUT DOWN USELESS AND NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC AT ALL QUICK TO DIVERT TO THE VENDOR
