Disgusted client

I had Uber Eats transactions coming from my account. I logged a dispute and provided my bank statements, waited for a month only for them to inform me that that they won't accept liability and referred me to the Ombudsman. I've had countless issues with this account and I'm at the point where I want to close it. I'd like proper feedback and a proper investigation into this matter. R14000 is not small change.
