Disgusted at bidvest

Bidvest (workshop) Today I went to bidvest bank and I was actually flabbergasted at they behave and how they treat customers. I have been using bidvest bank for over a year to take out money through Western union and today I I couldn't get any assistance the teller told me that what I'm doing is ***** she did not explain what type of ***** I'm doing and decided to block my account and told me to leave. Later on I google bidvest number and decided to call management the lady that I spoke on the phone claim to be the supervisor however she was not interested in what ever I had to say told me she will call in 2 minutes time cut the call and didn't called again, this time she did not answer my calls. I'm fastrusted and irritated and honestly speaking I do not think I will use bidvest again .unsatisfied customers
