Disgraceful Service

Trying to receive funds from Payoneer and it is saying that my account details don’t match and they have returned the funds. As per below:

Unsuccessful Mandate

Please note a completion error has been identified. This means that you are unable to complete the mandate with the information provided and the transaction has been cancelled. Please contact your overseas sender to check the bank account information provided for pay-out. The pay-out bank account details must match with your bank account exactly i.e. as per your Bank Account Confirmation Letter as this is needed for the mandate form completion. Please note that we are unable to amend these details. It can only be amended by the overseas sender who placed this transaction to you.

This is the same account I used for the entirety of last year. I’ve tried emailing, using their contact form and calling and all to no avail. This is our livelihoods that we cannot receive and no one is available to assist us????

I need assistance URGENTLY.

Reviewer Update
For all those struggling with the Bidvest Mandate forms, I am pleased to share that it seems after a major fuss kicked up this past weekend, they have amended the forms to accept the mandates based on the form errors (pulling names into incorrect fields).

The system has been updated to accept those name errors and spelling mistypes. Please try again now. If you have a middle name, you can readd your bank details to Payoneer / Wise leaving out your middle name and try the process again. So, go onto those platforms and add a new bank account. (You will not delete the old - on Payoneer). Add a new bank account (even though it is for the same account). It gives you the option to nickname each account which you can do. Here you will omit your middle name. For those who have two surnames like me, you can keep both surnames as is. That is what I did last night and it worked. Once I received a new mandate form, it was there that I saw they have now included a new disclaimer advising that the system will allow you to still submit your mandate form even if their system has jumbled your name or you have made a small mistype to your name. I hope this helps.

And thank you Bidvest Mandates and AZA for finally addressing the issue. It went on for far too long but at the very least, it is now resolved.
