Disappointed in Bidvest mandate uselessness!

I, and many of my colleagues, have been trying to withdraw salaries through Payoneer, but the Bidvest mandate team are not processing the withdrawals.

I have emailed and phoned and now the telephone just rings until it cuts you off.
