Disappointed and hurted by bidvest bank

I'm so disappointed and hurted by how bidvest is handling my case i have pleed to bidvest bank of how i won't be able to support my kids this month end as they have suspended my account for a an investigation doing by another bank.

When they suspended the account they failed to notifie me as i was in a restaurant with the in-laws as i was trying to Seattle the bill the card declined, I looked like a fool now trying to borrow money to pay the bill. Later on that day i received a payment from supabets when the account was already suspended which now i have pleed with the bank to release coz the not related with why the account was suspended and i have sent them proof of payment and contacts numbers where the funds a from as i pleed with the bank that I'm paying bills month end as well as school fees, groceries and transport to school for kids but bidvest don't care about all so as i suffer the kids must also suffer i asked with no response.

So to banks such as bidvest we nothing but monthly fees, withdrawal fees and deposit fees? As I'm also saying to them month end i got more funds coming in and showed them where the funds come but they don't seem to care that those funds will also pile up.
