Disappointed

I'm very dissatisfied with how bidvest treats their clients as I'm am one of their clients who has been mistreated by the bank as they have also suspended another of my account from old mutual without giving a reason why they did so.

As i am expecting funds to the account which as the bank have with hold and been giving me the run around as i have given them all the proof where the funds from and i have signed all documents they asked me to regarding the funds.
