Debicheck is to protect against double debits!!!

I opted in for a debi check of R360 with car track. The Debi check goes off every month on my payday the 26th of every month. On the 7th the bank Allowed a Debi check of R850 Off my my account 4 days after the debit order went off successfully Now on the 20th my sons maintenance comes in for R1100 and Car track again goes and takes R1119 and leaves me with R1 in my account. How is the bank protecting me ? I mean i entrust them with my money and they just pay it out to anyone ????? Knowing there is an arrangement in place these people just deduct as and when they want! I am beyond dissappointed as i spoke to the money account call centre agent Thandile Tyhala who was very nice but could not assist me and put me through to a team leaders Queue who either Valencia , Sasha or Rowland would assist but no one answers the queue at all ... This is my kids bread and butter and my livelihood and is budgeted for due to my pay date. How do i get home because i have no petrol !!!!! This money needs to be paid back or i will not just open a ***** case against Car track but a case against bidvest as well. With immediate effect cancel Cartrack and their debicheck or i will cancel my account and no longer do business with you at all . After 38 min Dillon answered the phone and was a great help. Althogh he was unable to assist me on the spot he did ask me to send an email from car track notifying them of car track and their deduction. I feel that Car track has caused me fighting with my bank. However where is comsumer protection in all of this. All i want is my money that was taken ********ly
