Clumsy online system

I need to travel soon and find thier online application system to be very clumsy. I cannot alter my profile and have to actually go to a branch (of which there are very few) or phone them. When I tried ordering currency they do not have my suburb and the delivery address got *****ed up. Very unlikely to use them in future.
