Clueless in Menlyn Branch

<p>Phoned on Friday 26 May 2017, teller said over the phone and I quote ''ID or passport is acceptable.'' Came in on Saturday, teller asked me if I am a SA resident. No **** sherlock, like my SA accent and SARS registration documents didn't give it away. Then ask for my passport because ID is unacceptable, then proceeds to ask again if I'm SA resident. </p>
