Cancellation of Bank Account

I opened a Bidvest Bank account, I went to collect the card at the bank, when I got there they misunderstood I was collecting the card, next thing they were opening me a new card after 45min in the branch I asked what the hold up was, and they explained. I refused to continue waiting and left the branch. I want this account cancelled because from the start my account spelling was incorrect as well as the card delay.
