Brilliant and fast service from Bidvest Bank Service Reps

I had a issue with my card and it being temporarily suspended. So i was going to go to a branch and instead sent an email cause im really busy. I had an amazing and fast response from Valentia Moseamo (customer service rep) and then he put me through to his colleague( cant remember name please can someone add to the comments, want his name here as well) . Between the two of them i was told what the issue was and what went wrong and how to fix it and then within in five minutes my problem was fixed and my card was working again. So all in all brilliant and quick service that was polite and enjoyable. If more service phone calls and reps could be more like this i wouldn't be so fed up by the end of each day.
