Bidwes ATM
Drew a SASSA Disability Grant for a permanently Disabled person on a Bidwes ATM and after it was sanctioned by SASSA there was a dip in the Power at the point the money was supposed to come out and it never did. Fortunately I had Witnesses. The procedure was not reversed and now there is a Dispute going on with Bidwes. This happened on the 3 October and it is still going on. Surely their balancing on that day must show R2000 over. A most distressing episode.
