Bidvestbank worst bank ever

I am currently having the worst experience with Bidvestbank. I have 2 accounts with them in January they got suspended both of them after talking to a lot of people there it is still suspended and it is Rediculious I want the the CEO of Bidvestbank to get in contact with me and sort this problems out. Everytime it is a new issue and when you comply and send them the proof it is not good enough well I had enough. When I got to Erica Gibbons I thought this problem will be resolved but still not and now she is over seas for who knows what and my accounts is still suspended.
