Bidvest Western Union Transaction blunders
Went to go pick up some money via western union from Bidvest western union service at the East Rand Mall. Usually use them as they are close to home. They changed IT system and inter forex providers with Western union a few months before. the blamed the send point for issues on their systems. After leaving them i went to a bureau Exchange and was out of there in 12 minutes. Tried blaming everyone and their kitten for their issues.
