Bidvest versus Airbnb

A lady from the Mandates Department at Bidvest called me back promptly and assisted me with my Airbnb query. She provided proof (ID) that Bidvest returned the money to Airbnb due to the late submission of my SARB mandate form. I have not received the payout from Airbnb as yet and that is another headache by itself! Airbnb seemingly removed themselves from a lot of social media platforms and some contact numbers and email addresses do not work anymore?
